I went to Discount Store Appliance a couple of days ago because my 25 year old washing machine was clanking, vibrating and making a lot of noise. Lito told me that the drum was broken and needed to be replaced. I told him I wanted the cheapest, simplest model he had he recommended a Maytag model. The next day Loretto the installer came to put in my new washer.He was quick efficient and friendly.The new washer is a dream. You just a button and it washes with no noise or vibration, you can't even tell it's on. My clothes came out super clean. I would highly recommend Discount Appliance for all your appliance needs. My dishwasher broke... 2 weeks before Christmas... I was in the middle of making cookies, hot fudge & ice cream! I called Mike at Discount appliances on Piikoi Street. I got a new dishwasher delivered & installed, the NEXT day! Installation was on time, efficient, and Jason was super nice. But alas, he forgot to reconnect a small minor vent(?) so I called back. I was told Jason would come out the next day. Instead, I got a knock on my door 2 hours later. Jason, on his way to his second job, came all the way back to my house to finished the minor fix. Amazing work ethic. I have bought numerous appliances from Mike & always get the best service! So rare these days!
